President Neeleman - New Temple President in Sao Paulo
PRESIDENT NEELEMAN TO SERVE AS THE SAO PAULO BRAZIL TEMPLE PRESIDENT replacing President Jairo Mazzagardi. He will start serving in November 2009.

Stanley Duane Neeleman, 66, Valley View 6th Ward, Salt Lake Valley View Stake, called as president of the Sao Paulo Brazil Temple, succeeding President Jairo Mazzagardi. President Neeleman's wife, Sheryl Lynn Hunt Neeleman, will serve as temple matron. President Neeleman is a Sunday School teacher. He has served as the president of the Brazil Sao Paulo South Mission, stake president's counselor, high councilor, bishop, branch president and gospel doctrine teacher. A law professor at Brigham Young University, he was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to John Peter and Ethel Lillian Steele Neeleman.

Sister Neeleman is a Sunday School teacher. She served with her husband as he presided over the Brazil Sao Paulo South Mission. She has also served as a stake Relief Society president, stake and ward Primary president, ward Young Women president and a counselor in stake Young Women and ward Relief Society presidencies. She was born in Iowa City, Iowa, to Harold Gilbert and Dorothy Harriett Petro Hunt.
