Mission Presidents

Welcome to the São Paulo South Mission President's page. Currently, the site provides a listing of the mission presidents from President Baker to the present - those presidents that have served since the Brazil São Paulo South Mission was created in 1972. This site is responsible for serving those missionaries that also served under the Brazil South Central Mission as well. If you served during this time or have information about the mission presidents before 1972, please share that information so the site can be updated.

Currently, the Church calls mission presidents to serve for three years. Traditionally, the mission president will serve from July of his first year to the end of June of his last year. Around March, the Church announces the names of the new mission presidents for the mission. This site is updated by April to reflect the change.

This site has been designed to help facilitate the gathering of information, collaboration, communication, and sharing between return missionaries, Brazilian members living within the mission boundries, recently called missionaries, parents of missionaries, and the mission president and his family.

Please click on a link to the left to view information about a particular president. The presidents are arranged by the date in which they served with the most current president on top.
